The following specifications are required: 1) the hotel must be in close proximity to one of the following airports: Baltimore/Washington, National, or Dulles, 2) the hotel must provide shuttle service from and to the airport, 3) ninety (90) single sleeping rooms are required on May 18, thru 21, and on May 22, thirty (30) single sleeping rooms are required, 4) A Conference room for a general session is required each day of the conference for 90 persons in a classroom setting and three (3) breakouts rooms each day for 30 persons in a classroom setting, and 5) light AM/PM breaks or refreshments such as coffee, tea, and sodas for each day of the conference. An award will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
