This requirement is a small business set aside, and all interested small business' may submit a quotation. This requirement will be issued under RFQ N00244-98-Q-0213 and will be issued as a Request for Quotation using Simplified Acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated clauses are thos in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-47 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-11.
