The contractor will be required to remove, measure, pump-out, and remove from the site all products in the USTs and legally dispose of at an approved offsite facility. The disposal of materials will be properly manifested and disposed of in accordance with all EPA, State, local and DOT laws and regulations. The contractor will be required to clean the UST IAW all applicable laws and regulations prior to removing the UST from the excavation site. The contractor will be required to locate and relocate as necessary all utilities and other subsurface features which may conflict with the proposed construction activities. The contractor will be required to provide a double wall fiberglass l0,000 gallon UST in the location vacated by the demolished "WEST UST. (0098)
