The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a Interactive Telephony 8 telephone line computer system with prescription inquiry and re-fill, co pay/MCCR balance inquiry and pharmacy medication consultations using simplified acquisition procedures, FAR 13.6. Offerors may submit information on comparable products. Comparable products will only be considered if clear and concise documentation is furnished. No solicitation document exists, therefore, requests for bid documents will be considered invalid responses.
