procurement with Future Technologies Inc for the integration of ISIS
(Integrated Shipboard Information System) equipment into Device 15G30
CATCC (Carrier Air Traffic Control Center) for the Air Traffic Control
(ATC) and Aviation A-School Trainers located at the Naval Air Station
(NAS), Pensacola, Florida. The CATCC ISIS modification shall consist
of design and manufacturer of new equipment cables and communications
connection boxes, provision of new uninterruptable power supply (UPS)
lines for ISIS equipment, relocation of indicated consoles, monitors
and indicators, labeling of all ISIS equipment and cables, installation
of the ISIS system, coordination of modification plans with base fire
and safety official, production and installation of change pages for
CATCC documentation, drafting of a Training Equipment Change Directive
(TECD) for the modification, and testing of the modified system.
Addition of Integrated Shipboard Information System (ISIS) -- The
contractor shall integrate ISIS equipment in CATCC in accordance with
Government provided drawings. Integration shall include repositioning
of Approach A, Approach B, Final A, and Final B consoles, the SPN-43
assembly, the SPA-25 indicator, SPA-25 slave repeater, feedback
monitors, and the Air OPS instructor console within the current CATCC
laboratory. Repositioning shall require design, manufacture, and
installation of new cables and replacement of floor tiles. In addition,
the contractor shall install Government furnished ISIS equipment. In
conjunction with the NAWCTSD in-service engineer, the contractor shall
design, manufacture and install three ISIS communications jackboxes to
be wired in parallel with existing OJ-314 communications consoles
located on the CATCC status boards. The contractor shall install new
uninterruptible power supply (UPS) 120VAC power circuits for the ISIS
projectors and computer systems in the CATCC laboratory. Government
will provide the following ISIS equipment: 7 projectors/monitors, a
hub, a server, five X-terminals, five 17" monitors, 5 keyboards, and 5
trackballs. The contractor shall modify the following documentation:
Device 15G30 CATCC P-6159 Operation & Maintenance Manual (O&M), CATCC
P-6163 Instructor Utilization Handbook (IUH), Engineering Drawings, PMC
cards, and Trainer Engineering Report to reflect above changes. In
addition, the contractor shall incorporate the ISIS test procedures
into the CATCC Trainer Test Procedures and Results Report. All Request
