The Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Public and Indian Housing anticipates multiple Indefinite Quantity Contract Award(s) for a period of 60 months. This requirement is a partial set-aside with a minimum of one award made to a qualified small business. The SIC code is 8742 and size standard of $1.5M (including commissions). Specific statement of works will be issued under individual Task Orders. The work shall include, but not limited to; (1) areas of technical support to HUD and other HUD supported entities in the area of revitalization of distressed public housing, HOPE VI vacancy reduction, on-site reviews, maintenance operations and procedures and internal control assessments, (2) management of troubled and non-troubled housing agencies, and (3) research/evaluation and qualitative studies and/or analyses on programs, policies, and issues pertaining to HUD.
