COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF APRIL 13,1998 PSA#2072ARMED SERVICES ADVANCE PLANNING BRIEFING TO INDUSTRY (TRAINING SYSTEMS/
SIMULATION) The National Training Systems Association, an affiliate of
the National Defense Industrial Association is pleased to continue an
important series of briefings for industry. The U.S. Army Simulation,
Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM), the U.S. Naval Air
Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), and the U.S. Air
Force Training Systems Product Group (USAF TSPG) along with other AF
Materiel Command organizations, will provide briefings for industry to
develop a better understanding of long range research, development and
procurement projections, in addition to how the commands operate their
organizations. U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Air
Force commands which sponsor and employ training equipment will also
provide presentations on future initiatives. The program is designed to
provide the defense industry an opportunity to become better informed
about an important part of our national training and simulation
requirements. April 21-23, 1998, Clarion Plaza Hotel, Orlando, FL.
