Requirements contract to provide all labor, various sizes of roll-off containers, trucks, materials, supervision, and any other equipment required to haul and dispose of refuse, asbestos, demolition refuse, and bulky items from Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Transportation and disposal of co-mingled recyclables and tires will also be required along with treatment and disposal of petroleum contaminated soil and non-RCRA combustible spill debris. Contract base period will be 1 June 1998 through 31 May 1999 with one twelve month option period. Quotation is tentatively scheduled for release on or about 29 April 1998. Request For Quotation must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U. S. Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per quotation. No company, personal, registered checks or cash will be accepted. This procurement will be completed as a commercial item purchase and evaluated as the best value for the Government.
