Y -- TWO PHASE DESIGN/BUILD 144 PERSON DORMITORY, TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, OKLAHOMA SOL DACA56-98-R-0013 DUE 052998 POC Susan Killgore, Contract Specialist, (918) 669-7272 The work consists of the design and construction of a facility to provide living quarters for approximately 144 single, unaccompanied enlisted personnel. The building will have a TV lounge on the ground floor, a game room, laundry room, toilets, vending area, storage space, and a dormitory manager office. In addition to the dormitory facility, a new softball field and track field shall be constructed to replace the existing fields at the site. Site work also includes parking lots for the dormitory and the softball and track fields. Utilities including gas, water, sewer, and electric will be required to support the facility. Estimated cost range of this project is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about April 27, 1998, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROM) free of charge. It has been determined that the number of Compact Disks will be limited to one (1) per firm. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
