The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the expansion of the loading dock platform and construction of an outside storage area at the Fort Worth, Texas Processing & Distribution Center, located at 4600 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas. The loading dock platform expansion will be 18,878 net square feet and the covered outside storage area will be 15,800 net square feet. The building expansion will require expansion of the maneuvering area with a new truck entrance. The platform expansion will include removal and installation of new dock levelers, scissors lifts and dock doors and seals and mechanical and electrical systems and associated work as further described in the specifications and drawings. Technical evaluations will be made based on 1. Experience 40 points, 2. Management Plan 30 points, 3. Financial Capability 15 points, and 4. Organization 15 points.
