Performance period is two hundred forty-five (245)calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed, with an estimated start date of 080598. Scope of work consists of but is not limited to the renovation of no less than 12,000 sf and no more than 15,000 sf of unoccupied space. Work includes new carpeting, gypsum wallboard and steel stud partitions, acoustical tile ceilings and suspension system, wood doors and hollow metal frames, millwork, ceramic tile, vinyl wall covering and other finishes, computer room air conditioning and humidification, computer room water detection system and drip pan, toilet exhaust system, plumbing, modifications to the existing fireprotection system, electrical power and lighting.
