The chemical agent must be approved by the EPA and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, for use on surfaces which drain into Tampa Bay, Florida. This was originally synopsized for SOURCES SOUGHT on January 08, 1998. No delay in the solicitation process will be allowed pending any interested sources attempt to gain approval by the EPA and/or Florida Department of Environmental Protection. No other methods of rubber removal will be considered at this time. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 24 April 1998.
