FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure fifty five hundred user GLINK corporate licenses on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is being processed on a sole source basis with Government Services Inc. This procurement is being processed on a sole source basis because only Wang's BULL HN Information System G-LINK software version 6.1 is the only terminal emulation software that will successfully emulate a Honeywell VIP7809 terminal for access to the NALCOMIS hardware suite for complete system interoperability. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or to submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
