99 -- REMOVAL OF INFECTIOUS WASTE SOL 8068-AA-79-2-MT DUE 051398 POC Maribel Torres (202) 727-0252 The contractor shall furnish the labor, materials, equipment transportation, and supervision to safely remove approximately 1,566 boxes of infectious waste once a day, Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays) between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., but no latter than 9:00 a.m., from the premises of the Henry J. Daly Building, 300 Indiana Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001. c.5 MATERIALS/SUPPLIES TO BE FURNISHED BY CONTRACTOR: c.5.1 The contractor shall furnish the following materials and supplies which will be utilized by District Government Personnel to crate the infectious waste: c.5.1.1 Approximately 1,566 moving/storage type boxes measuring twenty-four inches in length, eighteen inches in width, and twenty-four inches in depth. The contractor shall label the boxes infectious waste. c.5.1.2 Approximately 1,566 plastic bag liners of three millimeters in thickness and measuring twenty-four inches in length, eigthteen inches in width and twenty-four inches in depth. c.5.1.3 Approximately 15,000 linear feet of binding tape to seal boxes.
