Columbus AFB MS is anticipating a sole source solicitation for the following: (1) 34 patio cover kits, size 10 ft x 16 ft and (2) 28 patio cover kits, size 8 ft x 20 ft, style aluminum other medium-bronze cover for attachment to existing building with 3 each 3 ft X 0.134 inch thick steel posts approximately 8 ft -- 6 in length. Roof panels, trim and fascia to be 0.018 in. thick aluminum with baked on enamel. Panels to be ivory with trim and fascia to be medium brown or bronze. Kit to include all parts hardware, nuts and bolts for complete installation . Note: hardware includes column top bracket to mount post to fascia, and base bracket to mount the post to concrete with anchoring kit, 8 in X 20 flashing # 16 gauge fascia, fastener bar and 2 tubes of gutter seal. Required delivery date for this solicitation is 1 Jun 98. Solicitation will be issued on or about 27 Apr 98. Closing date will be 13 May 98. The procurement is a small business set-aside.
