NATIONAL MILITARY INTELLIGENCE ASSOCIATION (NMIA) CONFERENCE: "TAKING STOCK OF WHERE WE ARE IN INFORMATION WARFARE" The National Military Intelligence Association (NMIA) is sponsoring a one-day conference on 19 May 1998 on Information Warfare (IW) -- at the Unclassified level -- to be held in conjunction with the OSS'98, the Open Source Conference, at the Marriott Tyson's Corner Hotel, located on Route 7, just west of the Tyson's Corner Exit from the Capital Beltway in Northern Virginia. The theme of this year's conference will be: "Taking Stock of Where We Are in IW," a review of the status of where we are in the DOD in the explosion of events that are impacting on this most critical mission area. Speakers have been invited from ASD/C4ISR, from DIA, from US Navy, from US Air Force, from the US Army, from Industry and from the Joint Military Intelligence College, to provide a multi-sided perspective of the status of IW in this very active Spring of '98. The speakers promise a good look at how, in a period when actions relative to things that impact on IW for DOD are happening almost daily. For information about costs and registration, contact Zhi Hamby, the NMIA Executive Director email: zhi@tiac.net. WEB: N/A,. E-MAIL: Click Here to E-mail the POC, zhi@tiac.net.
