Tobyhanna Army Depot currently has PADEP approval thru a Form U to dispose of non-hazardous sewage sludge at Keystone Sanitary Landfill in Dunmore, Pa. Basic contract period of one year with up to four additional option years. Technical documentation including proposed disposal plan is required. DAAC71-98-R-0003 applies with estimated issue/close dates on or after 20 April 98/08 May 98. Exact dates will be established in the solicitation based on when it is actually issued. SIC is 4953/average annual receipts of $6 Million. Although unrestricted, sources should identify their business size when making requests.
