Services will include building a 28,000 gallon holding tank with the capacity to contain waste, domestic water and sewer for twenty-four hours during a heavy rainstorm. The project will be approximately five hundred feet of water and sewer lines along with a pumping station that will be located with the holding tank. There are also foundation work, pre-manufactured structures, electrical services, which includes primary and secondary power with interior and exterior lighting, telecommunications and warning systems. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed project will be full and open competition. All responsible sources will be considered. Solicitations will be available on or about May 1, 1998. Bid due date will be on or about June 1, 1998.
