Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject solicitation/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to answer some questions by clarifying the descriptions of the Switch Boxes as follows: Switch Box No's. (1)and (2): The outside dimentions shall be approximately 11.5-inches high, 9.75-inches wide, and 6.5-inches deep, a NEMA 4 BOX. The BNC connectors shall be "Jack" type. The number (2) box shall be 12 input channels in lieu of 10/12 channel. The grounding requirements are per NEMA specs. Switch Box No's. (3) and (4): The outside dimentions shall be approximately 3.125-inches high, 4.75-inches wide, and 2.5-inches deep, a NEMA 4 BOX. The BNC connectors shall be BNC/BNC "Jack" type. The boxes shall have no switches! The grounding requirements are per NEMA specs. Box No. (4) shall be a "2" BNC output connection in lieu "3". . The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Companies shall provide the information stated in the solicitation/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on 4/30/98.
