The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML), Hamilton, Montana has a requirement for additional software licenses and modules for the Innopac Database in order to share on-line library resources with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Library. This is a sole-source, non-competitive procurement action. The intended source, is Innovative Interfaces, Inc., 5850 Shellmound Street, Emeryville, Ca 94608. This proposed procurement action is for software which was developed by and is proprietary to Innovative Interfaces. This software allows shared access to an already existing database server which is owned and operated by the NIH Library. RML currently has one user license. This action is solely to add additional user licenses and modules in order to fully use all of the capabilities of the system. See Note 22. (0103)
