The Bemidji Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Minnesota Indian Primary Residential Treatment Center in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(5) and FAR 6.302-5, and Public Health Service Acquistion 380.5 for eligible Indian clients. This RFP is a Buy-Indian set-aside under the authority of the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47) and will be issued approximately on April 27, 1998.
