In general, the work consists of Architectural: Split-ribbed and smooth faced, custom-colored concrete masonry units; metal building frame; and standing-seam metal roof. Mechanical: Provide heat pump HVAC system for storeroom addition to Bldg 68. Add hose bibb and extend water line to existing water piping in existing boiler room. Electrical: Provide power, lighting, and fire alarm system expansions to support addition to existing building. Performance period is 150 calendar days.
