Minimum requirements: Direct Inward Dialing (DID) Trunks; Direct Outward Dialing (DOD) Trunks; Direct Inward Dialing Telephone Number Central Office Codes; Local Message Unit Usage Service; 411 Information Services; T1 facilities for new site connectivity and DID/DOD trunking and PRI facilities for DTS connectivity. Services shall be provided in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Interested firms are requested to respond by no later that 15 May 98 and include a point of contact.
