SOL DAAD07-98-R-0129 DUE 060198 POC Contract Specialist James Parnham (505) 678-5536 (Site Code DAAD07) The requirement is for a competitive total small business set-aside to provide non-personal maintenance and repair services of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. The anticipated contract will be solicited for a one year base performance period and a one year option period . The resultant contract will be a firm fixed priced type contract with Time and Material elements, and will contain provisions for optional maintenance and repair services and HVAC seasonal start up and shut down requirements in the base period of performance and the option period. The recommended SIC Classification is 7623 having the size standard of average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not to exceed $5.0 million. It is anticipated a site visit will be conducted for the purpose of familiarization of the Government's requirements.
