This will be a firm fixed price commercial items contract with 2 option years. Dates and locations are as follows: Session 98-01, 8-12 Jun 98, Huntsville, AL; Session 98-02, 20-24 Jul 98, Denver, CO. Option Year 1999: Session 99-01, 1-5 Feb 99, Huntsville, AL; Session 99-02, 12-16 Apr 99, Sacramento, CA. Option Year 2000: Session 00-01, 20-24 Mar 2000, Huntsville, AL; 8-12 May 2000, Baltimore, MD. This course is designed to convey the knowledge and hands-on experience which makes dispute resolution a part of each Corps of Engineers manager' tool kit for effective decision- making. Offeror shall provide a team of 2 instructors. One lead instructor which should have 3 or more years of practical work experience, 200 hours of teaching experience, and possess an earned masters' degree. The assistant instructor should have 3 years of practical work experience, 100 hours of teaching experience, and possess an earned baccalaureate degree. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Any concern whose gross annual receipts over the past 3 years does not exceed $5,000.000 is considered a small business. SIC Code 8999.
