X -- LEASING OF PARKING SPACES FOR BEP EMPLOYEES POC Sharon Phillips, Contract Specialist, 202-874-3255 The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) anticipates leasing an estimated 175 parking spaces in close proximity to its offices at 14th & C Streets, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20228. The parking spaces must be located within five (5) city blocks of the BEP offices and be available for use by employees from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.. The parking spaces shall be of sufficient size to accommodate various types of vehicles (i.e. full size, compact, and vans). The BEP is trying to determine the commercial availability of leasing parking spaces and has prepared a Commercial Item Questionnaire to aid in this market research.
