The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk, Detachment Washington, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract for the manufacturing, testing, packaging, and shipping of QUICKSTRIKE components in accordance with Drawings and Weapons Specifications provided by COASTSYSTA for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Coastal Systems Station (COASTSYSTA) in Panama City Florida. Delivery will be FOB Origin. We anticipate negotiating this requirement with Frequency Engineering Laboratories, Inc in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The contractor will provide all services necessary to accomplish this work at contractor operated facilities. This is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Price -- Supply, IDIQ contract for a base year period of 12 months with four (4) one-year options. A 10% minimum guarantee for each lot is anticipated.
