Vrzak, Major, (515)252-4248 SYNOPSIS: The Iowa Army National Guard intends to purchase an upgrade from the current GRM-114 to the GRM-122 family of radio test sets using a sole source method of procurement. These test sets shall be compatible with ITT/GDLS SINCGARS radios and their associated LRU's.The rationale for this sole source procurement is due to continuity of operability, training, and maintenance of the existing style of radios. Since the proposed aquisition is not commercially available, FAR part 12 will not be used; see numbered Note 26. (0105)
