The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Philadelphia intends to acquire, on a full and open competitive basis, the lease of information technology desktop workstations to be located at the TRICARE Management Activity, Falls Church, VA. This requirement is for a straight lease and is for a base period of 12 months, with three (3) twelve month option periods. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed four years. On-Call and Preventative maintenance shall be included for the life of the contract as part of the monthly lease charge. An additional quantity of 10% of the desktops shall be provided by the Contractor as a Spares Pool. Installation of the equipment is not a part of this requirement, nor is software required under this requirement. At the completion of the life of this contract, all equipment shall be returned to the contractor. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated.
