Award for this solicitation falls under the $5 million threshold and will be made using the Simplified acquisition Procedures. This is a small business set-aside. HQ SSG/PKT seeks quotes for Ten (10)Each ExaModule 52 Turbo 8mm tape drives -- differential -- ended tape drive for AT&T 3B2/600G, 5.0GB -- 25GB per tape capacity, with compression ECCS mfg. Part # AT2TX-52-TUR-D. We also require Ten (10)each SCSI Tape Drives Cables for system listed above. Delivery point is HQ SSG/ILWO, 201 East Moore Drive, MAFB-Gunter Annex, AL 36114-3005. FOB destination pricing is required. Deadline for receipt of quotations is 27 April 1998 at 3:00 P.M. CST. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely, shall be considered (FAR 5.207). Delivery is required 20 days from award.
