The Patent and Trademark Office intends to issue to DataWare Development Inc., an ANACOMP subsidiary, a purchase order for the purchase of a quantity of three (3) DataWare DW3300 Channel Gateway cards which will provide a connection from SUN SPARC workstations to the IBM mainframe by means of the S/370 Block Multiplexor Channel. Each DW3300 Channel Gateway card will be purchased with one (1) year of maintenance and support. DataWare Development, Inc. is the manufacturer and supplier of such cards and is thus the only source.
