This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is DAAG60-98-Q-0111 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acqusition Circular 97-04. (iv) There is no small business set aside for this acquisition. (v) The solicitation contract line item number, quantity, unit and end item description is a s follows: Line Item 0001. Quantity = 1. Unit = year. Description: Licensed Performance Based Training Package that operates in the MS Windows environment. (vi) Complete specification will be made available upon request. (vii) Prices quoted shall be FOB destination and shall be delivered to Info Center, CSD/DOIM, Bldg 2101, RM-G5A, West Point, NY 10996, not more than 5 days after award is made.
