This acquisition is for a playground system gym manufactured by Game Time, part number 11513-KSE-1 or equal. Gym shall have aluminum uprights. The unit consists of 4 ea. rectangular metal decks, 1 ea. arch climber. Equipment shall include: 2 ea. age appropriate(5-12 years of age) sign/panel with frame -"Welcome" sign: maintenance plan manual identifying frequency and procedures for inspecting each piece of equipment; detailed installation instructions and drawings; and appropriate warning signs. Equipment shall comply with CPSC 1991 Handbook for Public Playground Safety and ASTM F1487-93 Standard Consumer Safety Performance Specification for Playground Equipment for Public Use.
