Services provided deal with personal, medical, emotional, marital or family problems, with special focus on alcohol and drug abuse prevention, counseling and referral services. This agreement provides for assessment, counseling, referral, follow-up services, supervisory and special needs training when requested by the Program Administrator, supervisory/management consultations and statistical data submission under the auspices of the Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP). Where CEAP assessment and referral services are not provided on the premises of the Agency, the services will be provided within a 20 mile radius of the Defense Distribution Center (DDC) Headquarters and Defense Distribution Depot Susquehanna, PA (DDSP) at new Cumberland and Mechanicsburg locations.
