The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for engineering, scientific, and technical services to support basic and applied research and development in support of precision time/frequency standards for both space and ground operation, electronic design of satellite on-board and ground receiving equipment, quantum electronic design of atomic frequency standards, mathematical techniques for orbit determination and prediction, computer-assisted data analysis, radio-wave propagation, computer-controlled real-time receiving systems, remote sensing, microprocessing, communications, and software techniques. Period of Performance will be one (1) year with two (2) one-year options. Top SECRET clearances will be required prior to award. The Standard Industrial Code is 8731. Numbered Note 26 applies.
