CARE -- Deputy Director, Contracts and Grants CARE, one of the world's largest private international relief and development organization seeks a Deputy Director, Contracts & Grants (New Business Development) for its Atlanta headquarters. Will be responsible for overall development of the technical proposal for RFPs. Will lead the development of a technical strategy, which is responsive to the requirements of the RFP, and negotiate technical agreements with CARE's external partners. Requirements: a Master's degree and 7 years experience managing/developing programs in one of CARE's major sectors (Education, Emergency Relief and Rehabilitation, Food Security, Health and Population, Small Economic Activity Development, Agriculture and Natural Resources). Five years overseas experience, advanced writing and conceptual skills, extensive proposal development experience and demonstrated team building skills and experience.
