The contractor will be responsible for establishing a Virtual Office (VO) that houses a centrally located repository for required acquisition related documentation which can be accessed by users involved with the Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV) Program. The contract will also require that this VO utilize and enhance the existing Command Automated Program/Information System (CAPS) data and model developed by MARCORSYSCOM Programs, Analysis and Evaluation (PA&E) and PDS. This requested effort is critical to improving current communication efforts between the various government agencies involved in the AAV program, which are not possible with existing technology. No RFP is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties may submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement within 15 days of this announcement to the Contact Person listed above.
