Jene', Chief, P&C, 205-933-4493 The VAMC's in VISN 7 (Alabama, Georgia & South Carolina) have a requirment for dental prosthesis services to be provided Monday thru Friday 7:30AM to 5:00PM local time. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, general dental lab tools, equipment and supervision to fabricate dental prosthetic items, to include but not be limited to, complete dentures, removable partial dentures, fixed partial dentures & crowns, and dental implant prosthesis, all in strict accordance with the dental lab order. Award will be made on a source selection (FAR 15) basis. Rating factors, in descending order of preference are: experience/staffing; quality of services; availability of services; pricing/fee schedule. Solicitation will be available O/A 5/15/98 and proposals will be due O/A 6/15/98.
