The services shall include all physician's fees (radiologist and anesthesiologist), malpractice insurance and hospital fees for use of the operating room, recovery room, central services, respiratory therapist, pharmacy, laboratory, and pathology. Prices are based on utilizing DRG coding and will be all inclusive of supplies and services provided to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Fayetteville VA Medical Center. A threshold length of stay must be identified and indicated for each DRG. Specially excluded from this contract are valves, cardiac catheterization, and blood.
