The work consists of general earth work of erosion control type structures and road maintenance and rehabilitation. Some of the projects include but are not limited to construction and/or maintenance of small detention/tretention dams, dikes, divertions, road water bar and road scarification. 2. The Contractor shall provide equipment and a qualified operator. 3. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, fuels, lubricants, spare parts, etc. needed for operating the equipment. 4. The equipment that will be required is as follows: Tractor-Crawler with Dozer, Ripper attachment required, Engine hp(flywheel) 140 minimum, Blade width 10 feet minimum, Rollover protection required, Backup alarm is required, and spark arresters on exhaust are required. 5. The work is located within a fifty mile radius of Cuba, New Mexico in Sandoval County. 6. The timeframe for work is June 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998 7.
