This is a pre-solicitation notice to inform all bidders of the National Park Service's intention to solicit bids for the Valley Railway Slope Stabilization Under S.R. 82 Bridge. The work includes general construction of tieback soldier pile retaining walls, grading, installation of rock protection, piping and underdrain systems. This procurement will be awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program 100-656. Accordingly, it is open to both small and large businesses. If the successful low bidder is a large business, a subcontracting plan shall be submitted and approved before award.
