Provide all equipment, materials, transportation, and labor to excavate and install a new under drain system located at U. S. Coast Guard family Housing in Homer, Alaska. Work includes excavation of catchment, installation of approximately 700 linear feet of 6 inch HDPE underdrain piping, lining with filter fabric, backfilling with 1 1/2 inch wash rock, installation of gutter downspout catchment piping, cleaning two existing 12 inch culverts, and work to reshape, grade, line with filter fabric and fill with 1 1/2 inch washed rock to an existing 50 feet drainage channel. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $75,000. The time of completion of all the work is 31 July 1998. The work required by this so9licitation is identified as Industry Standard #1629 and the applicable size standard is $17.0 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. This procurement is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, as implemented by the OFPP Policy Directive and Test Plan dated 8/31/89.
