The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, is looking for additional sources who can provide original Sachs SF2-350 engine components to rebuild Sachs SF2-350 engines for the Pioneer Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) Program. The engine components being sought are 200 each wristpin bearings (Sachs Part Number D16x20x20 FKi) and 200 each top end assemblies (Sachs Part Number 2K31869/3) which contain the following: 1 piston, 1 ring, 1 wrist pin, 1 needle bearing, and 2 circlips. The wristpin bearings and top end assemblies must be original Sachs SF2-350 engine components and no other suitable substitute engine components are acceptable. All parties that have or will have the wristpin bearings and top end assemblies for the Sachs SF2-350 engine should submit the following information: technical brochures and reference material pertaining to your company's ability to supply the specified engine components; number of wristpin bearings and top end assemblies available; amount of time for delivery; past sales and performance information for both Government and Commercial sales; and any other additional information that could be useful in determining your company's ability to meet the requirements.
