USPFO for Tennessee has a requirement for spill containment pads that
provide secondary containment for Tennessee Army National Guard fuel
tankers and portable fuel bladders, tanks and tank pump units. They
must be able to contain spills/leaks of oil, fuel and/or solvents. Must
be made of flexible impermeable material such as polyurethane or
neoprene and of at least 30 mil thickness. Must not deteriorate by
prolonged exposure to petroleum products. Must be of robust nature,
abrasion resistant, capable of multiple folding and unfolding and able
to withstand being driven over by heavy tactical vehicles. Must be
able to be set-up by no more than two (2) people without tools or
material other than that contained in the pads. Two (2) sizes
requested, the small must be at least 10' X 10' X 1' and weigh less
than 60 pounds with a capacity to hold 650 gallons of liquid without
leaking. Fold-up size no greater than 3 cubic feet. The large size must
be at least 12' X 36' X 1', weigh less than 200 pounds witha capacity
to contain at least 2,650 gallons of liquid without leaking. Fold-up
size no greater than 6 cubic feet. The Government considers the Sentry
QuickBerm products (sizes as indicated above) as meeting the
Government's requirements as herein identified.The solicitation may be
