JERRY SEBAG ENTITLED "CHARACTERIZING DIABETIC VITREOPATHY BY DYNAMIC LIGHT SCATTERING. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to add the following paragraph for the Authority for other than full and open competition: As co-inventor of the device being used in this experiment, Dr. Sebag holds unique knowledge and experience in the operation of this equipment which makes him uniquely qualified for this procurement. Any other sources would need extensive additional training at considerable additional expense. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended.
