The Specialized Contracting Branch of Air Force Special Operations Command, in collaboration with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Unconventional Concepts, Inc., of Shalimar, Florida. This effort is to assist the UPC program with review and analysis of advanced technologies, supporting technical definitions of user requirements, observing and analyzing operational environments and requirements, and transitioning technology for various applications. This procurement is being exercised under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). Award will not be made on the basis of responses to this synopsis.
