Enforcement Affairs (INL) is seeking specialized computer software for
use in law enforcement to manage, telephone, subscriber, event and
case management information. Software packages are to contain interface
features that automates phone data from Dialed Number Recorders and
wiretap equipment. These software packages are to be capable of
importing and exporting call and subscriber information to and from the
FBI's FOIMES mainframe. Software packages are to contain sophisticated
reporting features such as geography map to display call activity
world wide and multi-level link charts that display commonly dialed
phone numbers. Additionally, these software packages must have the
capability of storing video and audio files and replaying then upon
demand. These urgent requirements are as follows: 1. One (1) each
Software package equal to Pen-Link Version 6.0 for 1 Server and 5
workstations for Windows 95 and NT. (English Version). 30 Day Delivery.
2. Seventy-Five (75) Software packages equal to Pen-Link Software
Version 6.0 for Windows 95 (English Version). 30 Day Delivery. 3. Later
Spanish translation of the above software packages to replace English
Versions by July 1998. Due to the urgent need for the above software
packages, only currently developed and functional software packages
being used by Law Enforcement Agencies will be considered. Pakages
being offered must be comparable to and compatible with Pen-Link
