To provide assistance for the development of a long-range strategic planning process for the National Estuarine Research Reserve (NERR) and provide to NOAA a long-range stretegic planning process for work with Reserves sites as needed. Conduct meetings and travel as needed to accomplish these needs. This is the final tasks of a 2 part plan. Any other offerors that can provide these services are invited to submit in writing as to their capabilities and other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later that 15 days after the date of this notice.
