These services are for male and female Federal Offenders. The estimated services required for the base period is 3 Initial Treatment Planning conferences; 75 Individual counseling sessions to last 25-30 minutes per session; 75 Group counseling sessions to last 25-30 minutes per session; and 9 Family/Martial counseling sessions to last 25-30 minutes per inmate. These estimated requirements are the same estimated requirements for services that will be needed in the three one-year option periods if exercised by the Government. The Base period for these services are two years. All responsible offerors are encouraged to submit proposals for these services. (0106)
