The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) through the General Acquisitions Branch, PSC, intends to award a one year sole source simplified acquisition to the Recovery Network in Santa Monica, CA. Work under this acquisition shall develop, promote and convene the National Event, "24 Straight-A National Day of Recovery". This event will gain national focus on promoting effective strategies and methods in encouraging young individuals to choose positive and healthy lifestyles free from alcohol, tobacco and illicit drugs.
